新型コロナウイルスワクチンの「職域接種」の状況について

北九州市では市内10大学が連携して学生および教職員等の希望者へのワクチン接種を行うことになりました。

本学も対象となり、以下の要領で実施する予定である旨お伝えしておりましたが、報道等でご存じのとおり、職域接種がいつから開始できるか目途が立っておらず、不透明な状況です。

また、飯塚キャンパスで独自に実施する職域接種の進捗状況についても、同様です。

つきましては、市町村やかかりつけ医、ご家族からの案内など別口でのワクチン接種を受ける機会がありましたら、市内10大学連携の職域接種及び飯塚キャンパスで独自に実施する職域接種を待たず（アンケートの回答にかかわらず）、各自でワクチン接種いただくことを推奨します。

なお、市内１０大学が連携した職域接種及び飯塚キャンパスで独自に実施する職域接種に係る具体的な実施日時や申込方法等は、詳細が決まり次第、改めて本学のウェブサイト等でお知らせいたします。

引き続き学内での感染リスクを抑え、安心して学び活動できるキャンパスのいち早い実現を目指していきます。

■ 概要

対象（希望者）	1．九州工業大学に在籍する学生（学部生、大学院生、科目等履修生、研究生等含む） 2．九州工業大学に在籍する役員・教職員（非常勤講師含む） 3．その他大学運営に関わる事業者等
接種時期	8月中旬～9月末（ワクチンが届き次第）
接種場所	あるあるCity （北九州市小倉北区浅野2丁目14－3）

■ 重要

※ 飯塚キャンパスに在籍する学生、教職員についても今回の職域接種の対象となりますが、飯塚キャンパスでは、独自の職域接種を計画（実施時期は現在調整中）しております。

※ 北九州市および市内10大学での職域接種、飯塚キャンパス独自の職域接種の詳細については今後検討を進めて参ります。現時点では、お問い合わせいただいてもこれ以上の情報をお伝えすることが出来ませんので予めご了承ください。

COVID-19 vaccination for Kyutech students and staff

In Kitakyushu city, a COVID-19 vaccination program will be provided for students, faculty and staff in cooperation with the 10 universities and colleges in Kitakyushu city, and Kyutech will also join the program.
Following is the overview of the program, and the details will be notified on the University website.
Kyutech will continue efforts in minimizing the infection risks on campus and regain normal and safe environment for learning and working as soon as possible.

■ Program Overview

Eligibility (Not compulsory)	1. The students enrolled at Kyutech (Undergraduate and graduate students, non-matriculated students, research students, and all other students registered at Kyutech) 2. The faculty, staff and board members of Kyutech (including part-time lecturers) 3. The vendors and partners related to university operation
Schedule	From the mid-July to the end of September (As soon as the vaccines delivered)
Venue	ARUARU City (2-14-3, Asano, Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu-shi)

■ Note

-The student, faculty and staff of Iizuka campus are eligible for this vaccination program. However, the other vaccination program for Iizuka campus is being prepared.
