Kyutech-MSSC receives the Commendation from Japan's Minister of the Environment

Kyutech's Malaysia Super Satellite Campus (MSSC), jointly managed and operated by Kyutech and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) received the Minister of the Environment Commendation 2019 for the International Contribution on Global Warming Prevention Activity.

Prof. Yoshihito Shirai, director of MSSC, received the Commendation on 2nd December 2019 at the Awarding Ceremony in Tokyo and made a presentation on the MSSC's contribition to reduce nearly 1 ton of CO2 emissions from the palm oil industry in Malaysia.

On 10th December, Prof. Shirai, with Prof. Mohd Ali Hassan of UPM who has been working together to this contribution, paid a formal visit to Prof. Datin Paduka Dr. Aini Ideris, Vice Chancellor of UPM to report the Commendation and to express gratitude from Kyutech.
