Kyutech invites students from the partners in Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand under SAKURA Exchange Program in Science

Kyutech invited 11 students and 3 professors from Universiti Putra Malaysia (Malaysia), National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan), and Thammasat University (Thailand) from July 1 to 7 of 2019 under SAKURA Exchange Program in Science by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). This is the 2nd year of three-year program.

They had the experiments based on last year's results, and visited some laboratories of Kyutech and SHABONDAMA SOAP Co., Ltd. Furthermore, they experienced Japanese culture, such as yukata (a casual kimono for summer) and ikebana (the Japanese flower arrangement). They also joined Kyutech's event "Hirameki-Tokimeki Science" for Japanese junior highschool students to experience and know about researches at the university.
