Kyutech Student Project team "Hibikino-Musashi@Home" wins the 1st prize of RoboCup 2017 world competition !

Kyutech Student Project team "Hibikino-Musashi@Home", led and supervised by Dr. Hakaru TAMUKOH (associate professor, Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering Kyutech) won the 1st prize of the Domestic Standard Platform League (DSPL) in RoboCup@Home League of RoboCup 2017 world competition held in Nagoya, Japan during 27th - 30th of July.
The DSPL competition uses the HSR robot manufactured by Toyota Motor Corporation which Kyutech has a joint research project with.
In addtition, the team also won the 5th place of the Open Platform League (OPL) which participants compete using a robot of their own making.
Kyutech expresses deep gratitude to the Joint Graduate School in Intellegence Car and Robotics Course and "Yaskawa Electric Project" of Meisen-kai, the alumni association of Kyutech for supporting the team.
