Closure of Microsoft Office 365 account which has not yet been completed the two-step verification (the Multifactor Authentication)

To all users of Kyutech E-mail service,


As we announced in January 2021, please note that we will close the account of our alumni and the retirees from Kyutech in or before 2019 which have not been completed the two-step verification (the Multifactor Authentication) by the end of Octber 2021.

If you are unable to sign in your account, please send the application to us by e-mail to unlock your account and complete the two-step verification (the Multifactor Authentication) so that you can keep your account before we close it by the end of October 2021.

Please remember that if you do not complete the two-step verification (the Multifactor Authentication) by the end of October 2021, your account will be closed entirely and you will never have any access to e-mails and contact list in your account. Also, we will not be able to reissue it with the same e-mail address as before.
