※There are no available parking spaces on the Tobata Campus.
※The are no coin parking and other parking facilities available around the campus.
※Please do not park at nearby commercial facilities, schools, hospitals or on the street.
※Do not park or stop your private car or taxi on the road near the front gate for pick-up or drop-off, as it is very dangerous and can cause traffic accidents.

For Family Members
Due to the capacity of the venue, family members will be able to watch the ceremonies via live broadcast in other rooms in the University. Please follow the staff’s guidance to enter the designated viewing rooms (Nakamura Centenary Memorial Hall (Building No. 63), General Education Building (Building No. 72)).The ceremony will be shown via live streaming on screens in these rooms.
In addition, the ceremony will be streamed online, so you can also watch from outside the campus using the streaming button.
※Please note that only graduates may enter the main venue (Memorial Hall).

Please note that in addition to live-streaming the ceremony, Kyushu Institute of Technology may publish videos and images from the event on its websites, pamphlets, and other media. We appreciate your understanding.

● The ceremony will be held in Japanese.
● Please refrain from attending the ceremony if you have a fever or are otherwise feeling ill. Please watch the live stream instead.

Photo Spot: Commemorative Commencement Ceremony Sign
On the day of the Commencement Ceremony, we will place Commemorative Commencement Ceremony Signs at four locations: two at the north entrance and two at the south entrance of Nakamura Centenary Memorial Hall, Tobata Campus, Kyushu Institute of Technology (Building No. 63).
For the safety of all attendees, please refrain from taking photos at the front gate on the day of the event.
