Kyutech’s response to the declaration of a state of emergency

In response to the declaration of a state of emergency issued by Japanese government on COVID-19, Kyutech takes following measures in order to fulfill its social responsibility.

1. Classes
The classes will be closed until 6 May 2020. The academic calendar and events will be rescheduled.

2. Students
Not allowed to enter the campus, including entering for extracurricular activities.

3. Faculty members and educational staff (Including temporary and research staff)
Shall work from home or work remotely in principle. Commuting are allowed only for the limited number of staff to maintain the minimum management and operational work.

4. Other staff
Commuting are allowed only for the limited number of staff to maintain the minimum administrative work.

*The period for the item 2. - 4. above will be from 9 April to 6 May.
*The residents of student/staff dormitory are allowed to enter the campus.
