■本学留学生の皆さんへ
3月に発生した東日本大震災では、東北地方を中心に甚大な被害が出ており、皆さんも不安になっていることと思いますが、今大切なことは、正しい情報を知り冷静な行動をとることです。本学では、留学生全員の安否を確認しており、大学への被害はありませんが、ご家族の方等が帰国を望んでいることもあるでしょう。そのことで、一時帰国、休学、退学を考えている方は、下記を参照してください。

一時帰国・休学・退学:
東日本大震災の影響で、一時帰国・休学・退学の予定がある場合は、指導教員及び留学生担当に相談してください。
なお、一時帰国の場合は、帰国前に入国管理局にて再入国許可を取得して,留学生担当に一時帰国届を提出ください。

国費留学生及び奨学金受給者:
東日本大震災の影響で一時帰国・休学などをする場合、国費留学生奨学金および私費留学生奨学金の受給について考慮されることがありますので、留学生担当事務に相談してください。

不明なことや問題などがありましたら、留学生担当に連絡をしてください。


■Dear International Students,
The Great East Japan Earthquake occurred in March has caused enormous damage to Tohoku and surrounding area. Many of you must be feeling concerned about this situation, but the most important thing to do now is to stay calm and act on trustworthy and accurate information.
Kyutech has not been affected by the earthquake and we have confirmed the safety of all international students of Kyutech. Nevertheless, there may be a case that your family is wishing you to return to your home country considering the current situation. If you are planning to leave Japan, withdraw from Kyutech, or take a temporary absence from Kyutech, please refer to the following information.

For those who are planning to leave Japan, withdraw from Kyutech, or take a temporary absence from Kyutech due to the Great East Japan Earthquake:
Please consult with your counselor, professor and the office in charge of international students.
If you leave Japan for short term, you MUST obtain a “Re-entry Permit” at Immigration Bureau PRIOR TO your departure and submit a “Temporary Home leave “form to your campus staff after receiving permission from your academic adviser.

For Japanese Government Scholars and other scholarship recipients:
If scholarship student leave Japan for a short time or take a temporary absence from Kyutech due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, CONTACT the office in charge of international students. Irregular procedure regarding scholarship may be applied.
