Students from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi visits Kyutech for international exchange program

Kyutech invited three students from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) of India from October 30, 2018 to November 8, 2018 under SAKURA Exchange Program in Science by JST.

On October 31 and November 1, the visitors, Indian and Japanese students of Kyutech gave a presentation about their own research. They also did research exchanges and experiments in the laboratory, and had a welcome party at night.

From November 2 to 5, the students of IIT Delhi moved to Yamaguchi University. They had research discussions with professors and students of Yamaguchi University and visited a clean room on campus.

Then they came back to Kyutech, and worked on their research and had a final presentation.

They said that they deepened their understanding of their research and also learned Japanese culture. Moreover, they were excited about taking a Shinkansen (Japanese bullet train) on their way to Yamaguchi, and they were impressed with Japan’s technologies and the diligence of Japanese workers.
